Hi, I’m Rhiannon.

I work with individuals and couples throughout California who want support navigating the emotional and relational changes that come with pregnancy. Many of the people I support are experiencing anxiety, stress, mood changes, or relationship shifts as they prepare for parenthood.

Through pregnancy therapy, we focus on understanding your unique experience, building skills to manage stress and anxiety, and creating space for self-care, connection, and preparation for parenthood. We may explore mindfulness, reflection, communication strategies, and practical tools to help you feel grounded and supported.

I also integrate my training in trauma, couples, and perinatal therapy when appropriate, supporting you and your partner in navigating intimacy, desire, and past experiences that may impact this time. Together, we create a safe space to reconnect with yourself, your partner, and your growing family.
