What Is Individual Therapy?

Individual therapy is a one on one space designed to support personal development, emotional well being, and healing. As a licensed therapist, I work at your pace to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and grounded. Showing up and practicing vulnerability can feel like a big ask, which is why I model authenticity by showing up as a person as well as a therapist and encourage you to do the same.
