Couples Therapy in Mill Valley & Throughout California

This is a space where your relationship does not have to be perfect, polished, or performing.
We move at your pace, honoring what you and your partner have been through and what you are ready to share. No matter what season your relationship is in, you are met with care, presence, and respect, exactly as you are.

You love one another, but something feels different, distant, or harder than it used to be.

❋ feeling disconnected from each other
❋ struggling to communicate

Conversations turn into misunderstandings, shutdowns, or conflict instead of connection.

You want to feel understood and supported, but you keep missing each other emotionally.

❋FEELING UNSEEN OR UNHEARD
❋ CARRYING THE IMPACT OF PAST EXPERIENCES

Trauma, old patterns, or earlier wounds show up in your relationship, even when you want to move forward.

Becoming parents, changing roles, or increased stress can leave you feeling out of sync.

❋ NAVIGATING LIFE CHANGES AS A COUPLE
❋ WANTING TO RECONNECT AND FEEL CLOSE AGAIN

You may feel unsure how to find your way back to closeness, ease, or shared joy.

My Approach

Hi, I’m Rhiannon.

I work with couples of all orientations who love each other and want to feel more connected, supported, and aligned as they move through life together. Many of the couples I support are navigating the transition into parenthood, increased stress, changes in identity, or the emotional impact of past experiences that are now showing up in the relationship.

Our work together is grounded in slowing down, listening differently, and creating space for both partners to feel seen and understood. I bring mindfulness into the couples space in gentle, practical ways, helping you notice what is happening inside yourselves and between you so that you can respond with more care and clarity.

In our work, we will identify shared goals, strengthen communication, and build acceptance for yourselves and one another as a foundation for meaningful change. We may explore tools like shared reflection, gratitude, movement, or simple rituals that create positive experiences and support connection outside of session.

I welcome all identities, relationship structures, and lived experiences, and I believe every couple deserves a space where they can show up honestly, imperfectly, and without judgment.
