My Approach

Hi, I’m Rhiannon.

I work with individuals and couples who are carrying the impact of trauma, especially as it intersects with pregnancy, parenthood, intimacy, and relationships. Many of the people I support are navigating grief around their own childhood, fear of repeating painful patterns with their children, or anxiety around childbirth, parenting, or closeness due to past experiences.

Our work together is slow, gentle, and grounded in creating safety. We begin by building a space where you can notice what is happening inside you with care and without judgment. Through conversation, mindfulness, and reflection, we create room for your body and mind to process what has been held for too long and to begin to experience something new.

This work may be woven into other areas of therapy, including perinatal, couples, or sex therapy, depending on what feels most supportive for you. I approach all of my work through a trauma informed lens and hold the whole person and the whole relationship in mind, with the intention of supporting healing, connection, and the possibility of stopping painful cycles from being passed forward.

At times, this work may feel challenging. Practicing vulnerability, self exploration, and new ways of relating can feel uncomfortable or tender. You will not be doing this alone. I will be with you as you move through this process, offering presence, guidance, and tools along the way.

I welcome all identities and lived experiences, and I believe everyone deserves a space where their story can be held with care and where healing can unfold at a pace that feels right.
