Individual Therapy
I am a trauma-informed humanistic therapist, working with you at your pace to ensure we create a space that is therapeutic for you. Showing up and practicing vulnerability with your therapist can be a big ask, which is why I model authenticity by showing as a person as well as a therapist and encourage you to do the same. Whether you are coming to me for support healing the effects of trauma, entering a new phase of life, or coping with daily stressors safety is the priority.
Our work together may still challenge you at times, as practicing new skills like vulnerability, self-exploration, and mindfulness can be challenging. But, you will not have to do any of this alone. I will sit with you as you dive into your therapeutic journey and offer tools and insights along the way as we work collaboratively on this path together.
I also support people during the pregnancy and postpartum stages of life as you transition to parenthood. This includes if you are experiencing an increase or onset of depression and/or anxiety, struggling with feeling unsure or isolated during this life change, or grieving your own childhood as you become a parent yourself.
I provide sex therapy to individuals for issues related to self-exploration and connection, intimacy, sexual trauma, and gender-related struggles.
